Both the date and the location are suspect!

    Ah, the film with the man in the boater carrying a mystery pole still with its price tag… I thought this had been identified as Preston?

    After studying this photo it appears to be NOT Llandudno station as the caption says. Noted in the footage is a sign stating to Platforms 7 & 8. Llandudno only had 5 platforms. So could it be Chester, Preston or even Rugby?
